EVENT: UWA Music and WASO presents Romeo & Juliet with Paul Rissmann

Directed by WASO's internationally acclaimed Education Artist in Residence, Paul Rissmann, this side-by-side creative development with WASO and UWA explores Prokofiev’s Romeo and Juliet through composition, creative ideas and musical expression.

UWA students and WASO musicians will work intensively with Paul as they create, compose, improvise and experiment with aspects of Prokofiev’s original score in the development of a brand new work.

Join us at Perth Concert Hall for the unveiling of this new work, alongside the original beloved piece performed by the combined forces of the UWA Symphony Orchestra and WASO and led by WASO's Associate Conductor, Jen Winley.
