This training is designed to provide attendees with the knowledge to book travel using Concur for themselves as a traveller or others as a travel arranger.
This training will cover how to enter a booking using Trip Search (online booking tool) and via Requests (Agency assisted booking). After completing this training, attendees will be able to: • Create an online or consultant assistant travel booking for themselves or others • Answer basic Concur queries from travellers and approvers This is a 2 hour workshop using Concur which is recommended for UWA staff or students who either book their own travel, arrange travel on behalf of others, approve travel or for those who are supporting others using Concur. The training will be conducted online, using Microsoft Teams. An invitation will be sent to you after you register.
