WORKSHOP: SAP Concur Travel user workshop

This training is designed to provide attendees with the knowledge to book travel using Concur for themselves as a traveller or others as a travel arranger.

The first 30 minutes will be an introduction to the new user interface. If you are an experienced Concur Travel user you are welcome to leave after this introduction.

After completing this training, attendees will be able to: • Create a consultant assistant travel booking for themselves or others • Answer basic Concur queries from travellers and approvers • Direct users to find information regarding their Concur queries

This is a 2 hour workshop using the new user interface which is recommended for UWA staff who either book their own travel, will be arranging travel on behalf of others, approve travel or for staff who support staff who use Concur.

The training is conducted in the Computer Training Centre, near Fairway Entrance 2. The entrance to the room faces the Reid Library.
