This workshop is designed to assist you with improving the quality of meetings you conduct or chair. In particular it will look at forward planning as a key to meeting success, establishing purpose and process, roles of office bearers, dealing with difficult people and/or situations, do’s and don’ts for effective meetings, and evaluating a meeting.
