WORKSHOP: PeopleSoft (9.1): Advanced Purchase Order Techniques

Pre-requisite: PeopleSoft (9.1): Introduction to Electronic Purchase Orders

This workshop is how to use PeopleSoft to:

• Create consolidated purchase orders including: multiple shipping addresses, account codes and project grants, splitting lines by % and amounts.

• Amend and update shipping addresses

• Add a purchase order default and header/line comments

• Copy a purchase order

• Create an express purchase order

• Review the purchase order and identify if the receipt or invoice has been processed
