STUDENT EVENT: Margaret River Trip

Margaret River Trip : For students new to Perth Other events...
New to Perth? Or just keen to get to know your fellow students and experience what WA has to offer? UWA Sport & UniStart/UniMentor invite you to join us for a 3 day trip down south to the Beautiful Margaret River region, a popular and picturesque town about 3 hours (270km) south of Perth. Surrounded by beaches and forests, ‘Margs’ is known as a foodie and adventurers paradise.

When? There are two trips to choose from: • Friday, 24th March – Sunday, 26th March or • Friday, 5th May – Sunday, 7th May

Time Depart UWA on the Friday at 12 Noon – returning to UWA on the Sunday at about 4pm

How much? $250.00 AUD (great value!)

What’s included? Bus transport to and from Margaret River, dormitory accommodation at Wharncliffe Mill Camp site, some meals and plenty of activities and entry fees!

What’s planned? We have a really fun programme planned for you including: • Swimming at some of WA’s most beautiful white sandy beaches • Cave exploration • Water sports • Bush walking • Visits to Temper Temper Chocolate Factory, cheese factory, Yahava Koffeeworks and the wine region • Sight seeing

A full itinerary will be provided closer to the trip date.
