WORKSHOP: Foundations Module 4: I'm Not Racist But...

This is a Foundations module. Often, cultural awareness/sensitivity programs are basic, can unwittingly reinforce stereotypes and tend to 'other' racial minorities. This self-reflective program is designed to deepen cultural competence by challenging participants to think through the ways race/culture affects both their lives and professional practice. It will increase your comfort, confidence and capacity to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds including Indigenous Australians and CALD (culturally and linguistically diverse) communities.
