CMSS Seminar Series: Radicalisation of Malay-Muslims in Malaysia Other events...
The reasons why young Malay-Muslims in Malaysia are being radicalised are many. It is not about being radicalised in religious schools, nor lacking religious beliefs. These reasons are true but in Malaysia, identity politics is the key factor in the angst and radicalisation of young Muslims. And why Malays? Why not the young Chinese-Muslims and Indian-Muslims?

This presentation is a landscape review of the scenario in Malaysia, and what it means for the militant movements
