EVENT: 24 Hours of Biology
Join us for a jam-packed weekend of FREE biology-based talks, hands-on workshops and two ticketed science-themed theatre shows! Meet and talk to scientists about their studies and what it is like to be a researcher. Explore the expanse that is biology; learn about the complex lives of sharks, how to extract DNA from the humble strawberry, or even how you can contribute to research as a citizen scientist. RSVP on the day for hands on workshops, try out augmented reality headsets, and enjoy the exhibits. We have a range of activities for Kids and Adults alike!
This National Science Week event takes place Saturday 20 August and Sunday 21 August 9am - 6pm both days.
