Art and literature are spaces in which both the Muslim minorities and the majority communities engage in exclusion and inclusion at various levels, individually, as communities, and through government funded programs and publications.

Professor Samina Yasmeen, Director of the Centre for Muslim States and Societies at the University of Western Australia will discuss how these tendencies span geographical, ethnic and gender divides.
