New techniques in X-ray Diffraction SAXS and X-Ray Spectrometry Other events...
X-ray Diffraction is a very useful technique for characterisation of various materials in different ways. With the recent advancement in hardware and software technology, high end X-ray Diffraction and X-ray Scattering experiments usually done on Synchrotron can be performed at lab scale even faster than before. This can be supported with elemental chemistry information obtained from X-ray Spectrometry available as a complimenting tool. PANalytical's new developments in X-ray Detectors, sample platforms and software have enabled characterisation of materials ranging from minerals, nano materials, proteins, semiconductors, metals, polymers etc to be performed on a single diffraction platform, the EMPYREAN.
