Where did lasers come from? How have lasers gone from being a solution in search of a problem to being a multi-billion dollar industry? What might lasers do for us in the future? Come along and find out!

Patric Helean and Hans Bachor will give an exciting public lecture on lasers with fun demonstrations.

The show starts at 7:00 pm. Come earlier from 6:15 pm with a picnic basket to enjoy an evening meal surrounded by the beauty of The University of Western Australia campus.

Suitable for all ages. Everyone is welcome: students, children, parents, grandparents...
