This overseas semester based study program sends students to study the English-taught subjects in the Program of International Affairs and Diplomacy at the International College of Ming Chuan University, one of the most internationalized universities in Taiwan (or Republic of China). All units are taught in English. However, MCU is committed to offer free Chinese language tuition if requested.

Successful eligible applicants may receive $5,000 from the Federal government's New Colombo Plan program.
