Given we spend close to a third of our lives asleep, and how much of an impact it has on our mental and physical health, it's useful to know what happens during this large component of our life. Staff and students welcome.
This seminar will cover the structure of sleep; how sleep impacts our physical and mental health; the body clock and circadian rhythms; and top 10 strategies to optimise sleep. RSVPs requested online.
