Among the world's oldest and largest family businesses, 70% are considering appointing a woman as their next CEO. So how can family businesses best mentor and groom women into leadership roles?
Alicia Mule, General Manager of the Aroma Cafe franchise and a second generation family business owner, will share her experiences in the second annual lecture on Contemporary Issues in Family Business.
Alicia will talk about succeeding her mother to become the General Manager of the Aroma Cafe franchise business, the challenges and successes she has had along the way, and her experience as a second generation woman now leading a family business.
This public lecture is part of the UWA Business School and Family Business Association WA's annual Contemporary Issues in Family Business lecture series, and coincides with National Family Business Day.
