This workshop will look at ways to increase your resilience in the face of workplace stress. This will include strategies to improve your relationships at work as well as increasing your confidence in managing difficult situations. It will cover communication skills, giving effective responses, conflict resolution, and managing emotions. There will also be information about how to increase your job satisfaction and build a plan for workplace success.
