This workshop involves a look at the causes of stress, the effects of on-going stress and stress management techniques which are particularly useful to reduce stress. Emphasis is placed on learning healthier ways to manage and cope with stress. Learn to recognise the barriers to implementing relaxation strategies and enlist your strengths to approach stress with renewed vigour.
