Food and Nutrition in Population Health PUBH5804 : SPH Seasonal School unit Other events...
This 6-point unit offers an introduction to the principles of essential human food and nutrition, with public health applications. Applied topics include nutrition for different life stages; popular diets; nutrition and chronic disease; Indigenous nutrition; global nutrition issues; food supply regulation; nutrition for athletic performance; and public health nutrition interventions.

We offer a range of 5-day full-time out-of-semester units for course credit or professional development at several points throughout the year. This allows you to fit a whole semester's teaching attendance in a week. These are flexible, convenient education opportunities for a broad audience.
