Introduction to Management : This highly rated workshop is intended to help you develop in the role of team leader/manager. Other events...
The course will examine the role and responsibilities of first line managers/team leaders; assist you to more effectively organise yourself and others; help you to develop effective communication skills; and explore the factors necessary for the provision of effective performance feedback and problem solving.To achieve the intended learning outcomes, it is important that you attend all sessions. Please do not apply for this workshop unless you can attend all sessions. Workshop dates are Mon 20/07, Wed 22/07, Fri 24/07, Mon 27/07, Wed 29/07 & Fri 31.07.
