WORKSHOP: Performance Development and Appraisal (PDA) training for reviewees

This workshop explains the objectives of the PDA, the process, and the roles and responsibilities of reviewees. We will also go through the questions on the PDA and identify how to best approach them. A one hour online module is a pre-requisite for this workshop, this module will go through the process and policies and the questions that will be asked. The face to face workshop will cover the feedback and motivation processes, goal setting and strategies to make the most of your PDA.
