WORKSHOP: Performance Development and Appraisal (PDA) training for reviewers

This workshop explains the objectives of the PDA, the process, and the roles and responsibilities of reviewers. The workshop also explores theories of employee motivation, how to give quality feedback, and how to enhance the career development of your staff and continue to meet the objectives of your team. A one hour online module is a pre-requisite for this workshop, this module will go through the process and policies and the questions that will be asked. The face to face workshop will cover the feedback and motivation processes, and role playing.
