They are passionate about food and enjoy experimenting with fresh products, new foods and kitchen gadgets. Emma Donnelly is a keen science communicator who is passionate about making science understandable and enjoyable. Her passion lies with where science and food intersect. Food science is a growth industry and is an extremely exciting and fascinating subject and one that everyone can engage in.
