The UWA Centre for Medieval and Early Modern Studies, Perth Medieval and Renaissance Group, with the ARC Centre of Excellence for the History of Emotions present: 'IN FORM OF WAR': WARFARE IN WRITING, 1300-1820. Bringing together leading scholars in medieval, early modern, eighteeenth-century and Romantic studies, this symposium will trace continuities and changes in the emotional register of violent conflict as it has been mediated and transmitted to modernity in the written record of the European past.
