WORKSHOP: Improving your Outlook

Microsoft Outlook can be used to combine information from your email, calendar and to-do list in a single view that will save you time and reduce frustration. Unfortunately the default setup for Outlook may make that goal harder to reach than it needs to be. This workshop will demonstrate a simple approach to changing the default views in Outlook to make them more useful as well as provide a method for managing information as it comes in so that you remain in control.
