Artist Stan Hopewell’s creative work became a means of expressing his love for his seriously ill wife and his certainty in the existence of a benevolent power.

In this talk, curator Ted Snell discusses the artist’s life and works that bring into focus the remarkable story that was a catalyst for the paintings featured in this unique exhibition.
