The two categories of photos in the competition are "Phone-camera" photos and an open category involving the theme of "Emotion". FYI: Entries for the competition/exhibition close on Sunday 13th of October. (See https://www.facebook.com/events/177362429110741/ for details) Snacks and coffee will be available with a gold coin donation. People who attend the exhibition also have the opportunity to vote for their favourite photograph (before 6PM) and the photographer with the most popular photo will win a peoples choice prize. At 6PM Judges will announce the winners of the major prizes, and awards will be given and there might be one or two brief speeches. The two major prizes are a $140 canvas print voucher from University Cameras, and a $100 Camera Electronics voucher. After the awards are given, everyone is welcome to chill out with club members and talk to the judges. It will be a great platform to talk to other people who are interested in photography.
