The Induction is open to any staff member who wants to learn more about the role of Human Resources in the employee life cycle, and is particularly relevant to new staff.
You will get an overview of UWA policies that apply to staff behaviour, performance expectations and shared rights and obligations.
The Induction also provides the opportunity to find answers to questions and to meet other new staff from across the campus.
