All people within the University community are involved in external and internal communications, whether they are aware of this involvement or not. Most staff have an understanding of how the UWA brand is perceived internally and externally. How often, though, do we review our key messages? How deep is our understanding of the brand, University values and how these are perceived by our stakeholders? Do we know what our clients want and need from us, and can we think like them? Is there duplication of resources and are there efficiencies to be made through working closer together? What is the relationship of our brand to our marketing practice and principles? These and many other questions will be explored at this information session and ideas workshop.
