Join Rebecca as she discusses her artworks exhibited within LUMINOUSFLUX at the Lawrence Wilson Art Gallery.
Rebecca Baumann’s works interrogate ideas of emotion, colour, perception and consciousness through the exploration of materials. Her works are often kinetic and ephemeral in nature, seeking to challenge audiences by evoking emotional responses.
Rebecca was the recipient of the 2011 Veolia Primavera Acquisitive Award, and recently undertook a residency in New York at the International Studio & Curatorial Program.
This talk is a FREE PUBLIC EVENT as part of the broader Public Program of the Lawrence Wilson Art Gallery. Subscribe to this calendar or visit www.lwgallery.uwa.edu.au/publicprogram for a full list of events.
