At the end of this workshop participants should have developed a better understanding of the issues in this area, the Ally Network; how it works and the roles of an Ally. In addition, it gives you time to reflect upon your own experiences and sensitivities in relation to GLBTI persons. This workshop has received national awards for its long term value and influence.
