EVENT: Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) Day

***DATE TBC*** The Faculty of Engineering, Computing and Mathematics celebrates the important role that women play in science and engineering with an educational and inspiring event. We invite high schools to select two of their brightest female students from Year 10 and Year 11 to take part in the UWA Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) Day. The day involves inspiring talks from women who have pursued their dreams to follow careers in science, engineering, computing and mathematics; the opportunity to learn about the wide range of study and career options available in this area; challenging, fun and hands-on activities; and a tour of the Engineering, Computing and Mathematics precinct and the opportunity to explore the UWA campus.
