With a successful international track record, Robert has had extensive banking experience across the Asia-Pacific and Europe. Prior... to joining ANZ Institutional Banking in Australia, Robert’s career boasts over 18 years investment banking experience in M&A, Privatisations, Project Finance, Acquisition Finance and Debt Recovery in a broad range of infrastructure sectors. From 1999 – 2008, Robert worked at HSBC in Hong Kong and Japan as Managing Director. He has also held the position of Director at Barclays Capital based in London and Hong Kong in 1991 – 1998.
Robert holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Italy and a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa.
