Open to students from any UWA faculty the Lawrence Wilson Art Gallery Art Writing Prize offers the winner a $500 cash prize and the chance to have their winning entry published on the gallery website. To enter students must write an essay on an art work, an artist or an exhibition which has been showcased at the LWAG during 2011.
A tour of the current exhibition for those students interested in entering the competition will be held Tuesday 25th Oct at 1pm. Come along for the tour and get a head start on your essay.
Last day for entries, 2nd December. See gallery website for details
