A public lecture by Father Gerald O’Collins, SJ, AC, Emeritus Dean of Theology, Gregorian University of Rome.
During the first decade of the twenty-first century, bible scholars, novelists, philosophers, scientists, and theologians have continued to probe the story of the resurrection of Jesus and to publish their conclusions. Many of these books are truly serious studies that deserve attention; a few may be page-turners but belong to the frivolous fringe.
This public lecture by Gerald O’Collins, SJ, AC, will critically evaluate the current literature on Jesus’ resurrection and the direction it is taking.
This lecture is presented by St Thomas More College, The University of Western Australia and The University of Notre Dame Australia.
Cost: This lecture is free and open to the public. Please RSVP your attendance to
