The Symposium of Western Australian Neuroscience 2011 will be held on the 29th of April and registrations are now open. The Symposium will feature two prominent interstate speakers. Prof Jürgen Götz will be the keynote speaker of the session focused on ‘Diseases of Aging’ and Professor Gary Egan will be the keynote speaker in a session entitled ‘Opportunities of Neuroimaging’. The Symposium will also feature presentations by leading local postdoctoral neuroscientists, clinicians and postgraduate neuroscience students selected from submitted abstracts. A poster session over the lunch break will ensure a vibrant meeting and the day will close with a Sundowner, where student prizes will be announced.
