Professor Li Xindan is the Dean of School of Management and Engineering at Nanjing University, Director of Financial Engineering Research Center and Executive Director of Venture Investment Research and Development Center at Nanjing University, Concurrent Professor of Finance Institute at Fudan University, Concurrent deputy Director of Finance Open Laboratory of China Ministry of Education and 2004-2005 Fulbright Visiting Professor at Yale University.

He has been recognized as one of the new century “outstanding talents” awarded by the China Ministry of Education, and has research funding from the State Council. He has been long engaged in research work in financial engineering, behavioral finance, banking, corporate finance and other related fields.

He has published 8 books, translated Irrational Exuberance and other two books into Chinese and has published about 80 papers in academic journals.
