Professor Herzog is regarded among the international leaders in muscle mechanics and biomechanics. He is the director of the Human Performance Laboratory at the University of Calgary, where he is Dean of Reserach in the Faculty of Kinesiology, and holds a Canada Research Chair in Molecular and Cellular Biomechanics.
Professor Herzog is an excellent speaker and his talk will be of interest to both biomechanists and physiologists and anyone generally interested in muscle and movement.
