Different cultures possess a unique set of traditional clothing. Over time, we catch glimpse of this cultural aspect in contemporary fashion designs. This year, MCW is proud to hold the first MCW Fashion Show!
In partnership with local WA designers and UWA student clubs and societies, the MCW Committee will be setting up the catwalk within the UWA campus on Monday afternoon, October 4th, to showcase modern designs of traditional wear. Along with livelybands and other cultural performances, this event will not only be entertaining but also educational with a fresh and fun approach to increase cultural awareness.
