This piano recital features virtuosic repertoire inspired by Spanish folklore and Flamenco by iconic spanish composers such as Manuel de Falla, Isaac Albeniz and Enrique Granados. The progam embarks on a journey to regional spain and explores the kaleidoscope of local cultures and identities. In it, Zen Zeng transports the audience into an intimate Spanish cuadro flamenco, where the arresting sounds of castanets calls for swirling dresses and the electrifying rhythms of cajón heat up fearless flamenco footworks.
