FUNDRAISER: Beverley Gallop Memorial Scholarship Fundraiser

Geoff Gallop will join guests at a fundraising cocktail party being held for those who would like to contribute and remember Bev in this way.

It is a year since Bev Gallop lost her courageous battle with cancer. To honour her memory and to acknowledge her many contributions to the community, The University of Western Australia, in consultation with the Gallop family, has decided to set up the Beverley Gallop Memorial Scholarship.

“The Scholarship is being set up to reflect Bev’s passions. It will be awarded for undergraduate studies in Landscape Architecture and/or in Visual Arts and will be targeted particularly at Indigenous students.

I thank the many people who have already given so generously. However, the more we can raise, the higher the value of the scholarship, hence the reason for this invitation.

I would very much like to see you at the cocktail party on Wednesday, May 19.”
