What is a Charter Breakfast and why is it such a special occasion? Rotary Club receives its Charter, the official recognition that it has met all the requirements of Rotary International, only once in its history. Rotary is the most successful service organisation in the world. It is a vast international network, comprising more than 32000 clubs and 1.2 million members all committed to ‘giving back to the community’ on both a local and global level.
The Rotary Club of Crawley is a progressive new club with 71 members from a range of ages and professions – their mission is live up to the club motto ‘giving has never been this much fun’.
On April 15, 2010 the Rotary Club of Crawley will be presented with its Charter by The District Governor and recognised by The Governor of Western Australia. Hosted by the University Club of Western Australia, Hackett Drive, Crawley.
If you have ever been interested in the Rotary don’t miss this unique occasion – we promise you won’t be bored!
