Professor Ian McLean is Discipline Chair of Visual Arts in the Faculty of Architecture, Landscape & Visual Arts, and Tjalaminu Mia is Research Fellow in the School of Indigenous Studies at UWA. Together, they will examine key social and political issues addressed in Ricky Maynard’s photographs from the exhibition Ricky Maynard: Portrait of a Distant Land.
