ALUMNI EVENT: Apoxyomenos's Birthday Party and Physics Reunion
|
|
Put the Phys Back into Your Life!
For nearly five decades Apoxyomenos has been a unique
part of student life in the School of Physics. In his various guises he has watched students (and staff) rushing to lectures, celebrating successes and bemoaning exams.
Now we are inviting School of Physics alumni back to help him commemorate 50 years of the School’s history. Catch up with old friends and colleagues. Rediscover the past and explore the future on one of our guided tours.
Meet some of our brightest stars such as the 2008 West Australian Science Student of the Year, Jacinta Delhaize and Premier’s Fellow, Professor Peter Quinn who is spearheading the national project to attract the world’s largest science project, the Square Kilometre Array (SKA), to Western Australia.
