Professor Shiro Ikegawa is a leading international expert in the field of molecular genetics of osteoarthritis and osteoporosis with a distinguished record of achievement. He frequently publishes scientific discovery in Nature and Science; he has had in excess of 160 publications since 1990, and was recently named by the “Faculty of 1000 Medicine” in its list of global experts and leaders in scientific and clinical practice
