Warren Jones Oration, by Professor Michael Good AO. Developing Vaccines for the World's Poorest

Professor Michael Good AO is the Director of the Queensland Institute of Medical Research, a past President of the Association of Australian Medical Research Institutes, and a past Director of the Cooperative Research Centre for Vaccine Technology. In 2006 he was appointed as Chair of the National Health and Medical Research Council of Australia. His interests are in the field of immunity and immunopathogenesis to malaria and group A streptococcus/rheumatic fever, with particular relevance to the development of vaccines.

The Warren Jones Oration is given annually by an esteemed speaker of international significance, to inspire us to follow in Warren Jones' footsteps and contribute to a better world.

A cocktail reception follows Profesor Good's oration. RSVP is ESSENTIAL by 16 October.
