Countering Militancy in Pakistan: Domestic, Regional and International Dimensions is being organized by the Centre for Muslim States and Societies (CMSS) at the University of Western Australia (3-4 August 2009). The conference is co-sponsored by the AusAID, the ARC Asia-Pacific Futures Network (Islam Node), and the Embassy of France in Australia.

The conference addresses a major issue of our times which is likely to impact upon regional and global developments.
