You are invited to a public forum on the topic of mandatory sentencing. The public debate about mandatory jail sentences has been reignited by the assault of Constable Matt Butcher. Four panellists will discuss the potential of mandatory sentencing to reduce crime, and answer questions from the audience. After the forum join the panellists for some light refreshments at the venue.
