'Home' - worldwide premiere of the new film by Yann Arthus-Bertrand Other events...
On June 5 we all have a date with the planet...“Home”, the new film by renowned photographer Yann Arthus-Bertrand, is scheduled for simultaneous worldwide release on June 5, 2009, World Environment Day, and will be shown free of charge at 7pm at UWA. The screening is sponsored by Alliance Française de Perth and the Institute of Advanced Studies, UWA. The film will be followed by a question and answer session with Dr Karl-Heinz Wyrwoll, a leading researcher in climate and environmental change from the School of Earth and Environment at The University of Western Australia.
