concert has been cancelled due to ill health. ----------------- The Koshka Trio;Jasmine Skinner(violin),Bernadette Peters (cello),Irina Vasil'eva (piano) Las Cuatro estaciones porteñas (The Four Seasons of Buenos Aires) Featuring: Astor Piazzolla "The Four Seasons of Buenos Aires " Claude Debussy "Reflets dans l'eau" Beethoven Sonata for Violin and Piano no.5, op.24, 'Spring' Haydn trio no. 25 "Gypsy" Our concert opens with an irresistible, entertaining work by Astor Piazzolla. It then features a wonderfully poetic piano piece by Claude Debussy. Followed by Beethoven's"Spring" sonata - one of the most lyrical and yet very dramatic pieces Beethoven ever wrote. To finish the concert we will perform a terrific piano trio by Haydn which is a familiar favorite! Admission is $20 standard, $15 concessions. Limited seating, so booking is recommended.
