COURSE: IMPROVING YOUR STYLE
|
|
Dull sentences? Stodgy pacing? Unfocussed paragraphs? Sometimes good stories are spoiled by writing styles that haven't changed since we were taught to 'use lots of adjectives' in primary school. This course offers a multitude of simple, practical tips for getting your writing moving again. Working at the level of words and sentences, it focuses on basic tools that are often overlooked. A strong knowledge of grammar is not necessary. Writers will have the opportunity to workshop their writing if they desire.
